I went there after I called to see if they could replace a band on my husband's watch. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes just for him to look at the watch he tells me he can't, that the watch requires Allen keys just to replace. Well..... I have like 10 sets of Allen keys so why doesn't a jeweler that supposedly works on jewelry? Then he told me to send it back to the company for them to replace the band. The reason I had to wait is because he was reducing the band size on someone's watch and talking about his trip he was taking. I definitely will not go back to someone that doesn't have the tools to replace a band. He also told me the band that I had wouldn't fit, but lucky for me the jeweler I took it too, that had the tools to replace it said it was the correct band...

I love the owners of this jewelry repair shop! I've read reviews saying they are rude, but I think many people in this state have a really hard time understanding sarcasm. The jeweler had me laughing the entire time, which wasn't very long because he sized my watch along with another customer in about two minutes! His wife is extremely nice and keeps you talking and feeling welcome. I've gone here twice for sizing, the first watch I brought in to him I thought was ruined by trying to size it myself, but he got it done in under 5 minutes. Parking is right out front (parallel parking) I highly recommend...

They replaced my watch battery fast and cheap. They have a very nice jewelry selection. I collect trollbead bracelets and charms or any kind of beads and charms that fit. Pandora charms or anything that size works so I'm always checking jewelry stores for deals on these. I'll be back soon because I love to shop on a limited budget. That's the great thing about charm bracelet's, you can get a couple of charms a month and make what you want. Thanks again for your great hospitality...
