The Spot on the Alley — Restaurant in Seneca

I know Jazz on the Alley is a busy night for all the businesses down there but we walked in tonight sat down at 6:45 shortly after the music started. Ordered two simple sandwiches and some tater tots....and waited....and waited as we watched several tables fill around us and their orders delivered in a timely manner.....we were patient waiting almost 45 minutes before flagging down our waitress and asking how much longer the food would take....when she came back we were told 45 minutes to an hour....REALLY? 2 hours for a sandwich. We asked to speak to the manager who came over about 5 minutes later and apologized saying it's Thursday night and we're slammed and we can't bump yours ahead of someone else's even though I pointed out three tables eating that arrived after us.....he offered to cancel the order.....hahaha really....needless to say we left and visited another food establishment near and were eating within 10 mins. Spot on the Alley is this your first year with Jazz on the Alley? No! Was our order misplaced or lost or forgotten? Who knows....one thing for sure I definitely do not recommend this place on Thursday night unless you want to to spend the entire two and a half hours waiting for food instead of enjoying the music. I really hate...

Me and a couple of friends of ours picked up some to go orders to get back to her place trying to eat it could not the burger was dry my husband said, he had chili cheese fries it was hamburger meat with shredded cheese no seasoning no sauce to make the chili, I had a bacon chicken sandwich grilled the sandwich was dry and rubbery asked for mayonnaise there was no mayonnaise put some on her it still did not help it, my friends got a burger and sloppy joes the sloppy joe was nasty it tastes like old ground beef, my bun on my chicken sandwich was burnt my daughter got a grilled cheese sandwich I flipped it over the side that was down and it was burnt she had two bites of it and threw it down she didn't even eat her french fries my daughter loves food that was a dead giveaway when she would not even eat her grilled cheese and French fries I had to take Pepto bismol before I left their house soon as I got home I had to throw it all up because it made my stomach so bad and my husband's my daughter was still hungry when I got home my friends pay $60 for their food and I paid $40 for my food takeout that was the worst experience ever. Nobody ate their food we threw it away their poor dog would not...

This won't take long.... 4 of us walked in, place was busy (Bingo night), found a seat. 2 waitresses on the floor. Ordered drinks and food (3 orders of wings & burger) all at once because we knew we might never see the server again (I was right). 45 minutes later we asked the waitress about our food order. 10 minutes later it arrived but the order was wrong. Ordered all flats for wings which when placing the order I said it 3 times, flats only... got some lip from the waitress insisting I didn't say it. We asked to see the manager because at this point we were not happy campers. So, upon the managers arrival he says "What's Your Problem" and not in a nice way. Quickly says I'm giving the table 50% off of the check and leaves to get back to his bingo game. We finished our food, asked for the checks and received them for the full amounts. Notified the waitress who then went away in a huff to correct the checks then returned and slammed them down on the table in front of us with out so much as a thank you. So, not that the ownership will care but we will never step foot in...
