I miss this place so much!! After the April 13th 2020 tornado that almost destroyed Seneca SC and took this long time staple of community Blake's Walnut Street Grocery completely demolished it Thank the Lord they were closed and no one there, I hate that they are not going to rebuild it's sad the best hotdogs in Oconee County Blake and his wife and his son Chris and his wife well the whole family came to the Waffle House in Seneca and I was Thier cook that's how I met them and have been friends since that day in 1999 I believe the year was. Tragedy had hit this family Blake & Patsy were both tragically lost their lives in a house fire, thier son Chris stepped in where his dad left off staying true to their mom and pop type store with the abc store beside them and the fireworks blue trailer where we bought those fireworks I loved going to this store like I said I sure am gonna miss it love to Chris & Family have luck on ur future endeavors. We wish y'all the best...

I'm one word: Awesome. A Local favorite for lunch. Hidden gem inside a convenience store with short order grill and some $@€# Good hotdogs! grilled cheese, and sweet tea also a personal favorite. Can get busy with workers coming in together around lunchtime, so plan accordingly. Even with a crowd they're pretty quick though and typically will wait 5-7 min. when they're busy. There are 4-5 booths in the store if you want to eat there. Or while you wait on your hot dog , since it is also a general store, grab a soda, some chips, a little Debbie cake and be on your way. If you haven't tried it ye, you should. Not really too fancy outside or inside, and parking is weird especially when they're busy. But don't let the looks or parking situation deter you. Your tummy...

Went in for Lunch... I just ordered 3 hot dogs "for here.".

Good ol' boy brought them out and said "How'd you know we let white people eat inside?". Half stunned, half wanting to make sure I heard him right, I simply replied "Excuse me?"

He repeated his sentence, it was as I expected. This time he completed his delivery with a slap on my back and a gutteral laugh.
