Awful customer service. Never coming back. They are racist. My white husband was given a 25% discount for no reason on a Monday. I ( brown woman) went right after my husband came out and they told me they have no discounts and the short guy was rude in general. I went back to show my husband’s receipt. When confronted, the short guy with the black beard was arrogant and we ended up returning what my husband bought. Nobody deserves to be treated unfairly especially because of sex or color. If you are giving one person discount then at least have the basic courtesy to do the same for others Why are you giving a white man privilege of discount and not an Indian woman.

Your actions hurt other people, the least you could have done is taken accountability for it and treated us fairly.

You didn’t apologize even once for unfair treatment even if it was by accident or not. Example of poor customer service. You could have been nice but you chose to insult me instead. I showed you the receipt and explained clearly there is no military discount that my husband got. WE BOTH WERE BUYING THE SAME PRODUCT SAME BRAND (cartridges). You could have simply explained that the discount was given by another cashier out of the kindness of their heart. You were super rude with attitude in your tone. I never commented on the race of the “ short guy”. YOU DID. That proves my point of how you are a racist. I know you are the manager of the place. I wasn’t having a bad day. I was having an amazing time on my trip. My experience with you and your store left us sour. I stopped at the store because it is Native American owned. I know my facts so you can keep your ignorant comment to yourself. Just because somebody is non white doesn’t make them a non racist.

The fact that I have to go out of my way to post a review sort of proves how awful I was treated.

Beautiful store with a calming vibe—even has a water feature as you enter! Everything was spotless and organized, with perfectly displayed products.

The budtender was amazing—super friendly and informative. I told him I was looking for solid edibles and a good giggle, and he showed me exactly where to go. He mentioned a brand on sale and helped me avoid a CBG-heavy product since that would be more relaxing than uplifting. I asked about ratios on one item (60:1), and while grabbing a bag for me, I spotted some Pioneer Squares singles. When I asked about flavors, he brought the box to the counter and let me pick out a couple myself.

At checkout, I asked about a loyalty program. He asked if I’d be back and, when I said yes, explained I should wait to sign up since I was already getting 40% off—way better than the 20% new member discount (which doesn’t stack). I appreciated his honesty.

He also shared that he’s a S’Klallam Tribal member and works at the local library. He thanked me in Clallam and explained what it meant—a really special moment. I told him the store was so gorgeous I wished I could take pictures. He said go for it—and when I realized I’d left my phone in the car, he encouraged me to come back tomorrow. I’ll update after I go back and take pictures. I’ll definitely return.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store!!! Upon moving to WA in November my husband and I visited my mom in Blyn and stopped in here to see what goodies we could find, and find we did! We found some great deals and had AMAZING customer service provided by Adam! Adam was extremely helpful and patient and answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and then some. My husband and I were very impressed by the whole experience and have been back a couple times since when visiting the peninsula. The store itself is very clean, warm and inviting. It’s very well lit, well stocked and well displayed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have great deals and great prices! We have been to several other stores in other areas and I think the prices here are extremely competitive, they might even be some of the best I’ve seen.
