I purchased a Weber Spirit E-210 Propane Gas Grill at Burney True Value Seven Lakes Hardware. I saved over $55 compared to other nearby Weber dealers, and also had a GREAT overall experience, thanks to the following store personnel:

GARY: located the item in the store, and also helped me select the accessories I wanted

KACIE and LAURA: provided excellent customer service throughout the checkout process, and also when I returned some parts for a refund

ETHAN: was pleasant and efficient while delivering the new grill to our residence, and he also took away the old one

Store Manager SAM: quickly approved a refund for previously purchased new parts for the old grille that I no longer needed

There were 3 salespeople behind the counter. They were busy in their conversation and lackluster in their help. We got conflicting information about the product we needed, and felt unwelcomed. We went to Ace Hardware and ended up spending almost $50.00. Okay. I am editing this review because I was in retail for MANY years, and I feel I didn't go through the proper channels to fix my problem, i was just being very protective of my husband walking in pain and not getting help.
