Weigel's — Local services in Sevierville

Got diesel fuel and DEF fuel at the Weigles in Kodak today 3-3-21 first had to run the card twice once to purchase the diesel the other to purchase the DEF fluid then when I go in the store and the line is backed all the way to the food counter so I wait for my fuel receipts only one gas station attendant behind the counter I finally get there she doesn’t know how to print the fuel receipts she tells me to step out of line and wait for the manager then attendant number two shows up I ask are you the manager he says no again I informed him I need a fuel receipt he also doesn’t know how to print the receipts and neither one of them know where the manager is I stay in there for another five minutes before I get mad and leave if you’re going to have a diesel fuel Bay receipts or kind of important why is there no cross training why are there two gas station attendants neither one know how to print feel receipts why is it that the manager is gone and no one knows where he/she is and the absolute in difference in the attitudes of the gas station attendants were abhorrent I’ve run into the same problem fueling at the Morsetowne Weigles off exit 8 needless to say I will not be fueling at Weigles anymore and I will tell anyone else that I know that drives a big truck not to fuel...

My husband and I on vacation and just visited this gas station to get snacks and wine. We stood in line and The cashier, Janice W,, summoned us waving her hand for us to come to her register, in an unfriendly tone, NEXT! My husband and I approached the register, I noticed she looked at me , then him,...then snuck another view at me, viewed our items placed on the counter, and rudely stated, "I NEED TO SEE BOTH Of Y'ALL'S I.D S! I said in surprise, you need to see both of our I.Ds? She stated "YES" sternly! We showed our I.Ds , however, there was a sign plastered on the counter that says they card over 50. My husband is in his mid fifties with gray in his beard, I'm a year from 50 with a silver patch in my hair. WE BOTH DO NOT LOOk LIKE KIDS UNDER 21. We both look like mature middle age adults. Was at this Weigel’s and my husband and I bought the milkshakes that were buy one get one free with the rewards card. My husband was having trouble with his card and the cashier, Chelsey who seemed put out that we even came to her register was not friendly at all and was hateful and didn’t want to help. She was rude! My thought is if you can’t be nice and friendly then working with the public probably isn’t the job you need. Everyone else in the store was nice. I think Chelsey needs a new job behind a closed door or be shown the door. I wanted so bad to call her out and normally I would have but I kept my cool. I don’t like anyone being short or hateful...
