Rhythm on the Rails — Local services in Shakopee

This was a really fun event that we will definitely visit again. Hope they keep it going next Summer. However, I think there's room for improvement in a couple areas. The wait times in the food and drink lines were too long, which seems easy to remedy if you have a couple more locations to sell drinks and a few more food trucks. I also wish there had been some artisans selling their goods. There were several booths for small businesses and community organizations, but I did not see any artisan booths. That feels like a missed opportunity both for the event and those who would be selling things. Overall, we had a good time, but minor tweaks could make it...

The music was good and the show was lively. But everything around it wasn't so great. Way to many people and hardly anywhere to sit. Almost no overhead cover so sun burn is very possible. Food trucks didn't take cash or digital payments from what i could see. Had to buy tickets ( 1 ticket = $1.00 ) to then buy food and drinks, felt kind of pointless to do. Lots of restaurants nearby. I don't think they intended so many y people to be there at one time, the whole place was packed sholder to shoulder. I don't think I'd stay if I went again and saw it...

Pretty cool experience. Cool stage, nice location near places to get food and drink. Looks like there were a lot of choices of food trucks. Two things I didn’t love: lack of parking, lack of GUIDANCE for parking (I understand you can’t make parking appear out of nowhere but as people coming from out of town we had no idea where to go), and whyyyyy a ticket system for food and drink?
