United States Postal Service — Local services in Sharpsburg

When we first moved here, we had some issues with our mail which came out of Rocky Mount. After a lot of fruitless frustrating phone calls, I decided to contact our PO in Sharpsburg. I talked to Jeanette, who jumped on it right away. She promised she would do her best to find some sort of resolution. The next day, there was a knock on our door, it was Jeanette, she drove to Rocky Mount on her lunch break and picked up all 10 packages and personally delivered them to us. I was confused with my handling certified mail, Ms. Anne and Mrs . J both provided kind, helpful words with my transactions.. Mrs. J just celebrated birthday last week with her being nice to me I am getting her a very nice gift… it’s not everyday you feel safe, comfortable, and the spirit of genuine kindness… these two wonderful ladies have changed the whole post office environment… great job keep it up..
