Never treated so badly I’m still in shock.. I wish I could give no stars.. this place should be shut down.. horrible service.. I went for my first time for the night bowling with all my family.. we spent a ton of money on food an some of the people bought drinks.. A lot of money we brought in to them.. As we were leaving everyone payed for their games.. they all left as me an my husband we were last an we payed.. as we leave a guy yells... no you can’t leave someone didn’t pay? We said we seen everyone from our party pay. We were very nice an said that’s ok we will have everyone come back an check.. (about 5 to 6 men) who were working that night arguing badly with us.. we were so kind as we are good Christian people..we had everyone from our party come back an everyone had payed.. an told them exactly how much money they gave them.they started screaming literally screaming an not one of them cared.. we were not lying we asked them to go over their security camera to see we all payed.. an all they said was you can’t leave until someone pays.. I was not going to pay for something I didn’t do wrong.. one of the men or the machine messed up.. finally one of the guys just screamed so loud an violently grabbed change out of his pocket slamming the table..saying he will pay.. I asked for the manager they said he left for the night. I called later that night because it was so upsetting an asked if they found out what happened? They finally said it was their fault an he hung up on me.. it was so upsetting I cried for days.. the disrespect an cruel way everyone treated my family.. I called again so I could speak with the manager an he answered an said this was him.. I told him the whole story an he said he was there that night.. I was confused an said they told me you left.. he said no an I was there the whole time.. So I said you were one of the men screaming at me an didn’t help me? He said I was in the wrong an I don’t care if you come back.. an hung up on me..I’m so hurt over this.. I’m a Shawano resident an I will never ever come back.. Don’t waste your money here.. they deserve to be shut down.. no person should ever be...

I visited on a Saturday evening in May. Glow bowling was in full swing. Scott was the staff member working the alley side and I had pleasant interactions with him. Troy and Cindy were the friendly faces working the bar. Within minutes, my drink order was taken. That evening the crowd was a nice mix of locals and tourists. TV’s in the bar broadcast everything from golf to news to Seinfeld re-runs! For those who play pool, it looks like the owners have installed new pool tables near the adult gaming machines. I didn’t sample food from the grill but they have a nice menu selection. I highly recommend Lakeshore, if you’re looking for a place to have a little recreational fun or to enjoy a few drinks with...

We bowled 3 games, charged us for 4. We were there for a few hours after picking the kids from school, and interacted with 3 employees. Only 1 of them didn't act like we were a bother/nuisance for them. Both lanes crashed once, which in no way was our fault. Also, card only no cash, and the ATM charges a $3 fee. I feel like they increased the prices of games since last year. For 3 (but they charged us for 4) games for 4 people, a pitcher of rootbeer, a pizza, and a combo basket came out to $109, but really 112 because of the $3 ATM fee. I'd much rather make the drive out to Green Bay or Appleton next time around than come...
