ALDI — Local services in Shawano

Terrible employees, terrible service, they won’t admit their mistakes. The price was saying .99 so of course I thought that was that price. After I payed I realized there were actually $2.99 and brought it to the cashier attention she was rude and instead of fixing it she WALKED ME to the product and show me how the label was moved. Is NOT my job to go shop and FIX their tags. After that she just dropped my product in a different cashier station and said to other employee while walking away “i don’t know you fox ir”. The second employee also gave me attitude, doing faces and saying she was “confused” when there was nothing to be confused of. I work at retail and if something doesn’t match you accommodate it because is a “wrong price label”. Is not about the money but the TERRIBLE customer service! Its a nice store with good prices. BIGGEST FLAW Went to the Aldi in Shawno, WI on April 30th, 2018 and bought some saloma for a cheese and sausage tray... get home to make it and realize it expired sometime in 2017, as i can’t recall the actual date. Also there was a whole SHELF full of these sausages and different flavors. Instantly tried to call the Aldi in Shawno to make them aware but was told to get in contact with customer service I had to visit their website. NORMALLY i AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ALDI AND HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL SHOPPER AND PROMOTER FOR MANY YEARS. i Have been a delivery shopper since last winter and I am mostly home bound and the servic has been a god send. However last night I completed an order for close to $150, and paid for it with my debit card right away. Did not get a confrmation or anything. Waiting for groceries and no show.
