We took the drive to Senzig's almost a year ago, and selected a sectional. Annette, the designer is available to help homeowners re-imagine what their home can be, and we quickly realized how talented she was.
She came to our home, learned what we wanted to upgrade and pieces that mattered to us to be incorporated with the future new pieces. With pictures and measurements, she assembled renderings of rooms, with furniture placement/styles/fabric options, and artwork. This was done entirely virtually as the pandemic was taking hold, and while it sounds like it wouldn't work, it was awesome.
We purchased the sectional, 4 custom chairs, ottoman, 3 side tables, several wall mirrors, 2 rugs, and multiple pieces of artwork. Annette hung all the artwork, and even moved existing artwork and other pieces to make each stand out. The delivery team and Annette arrived, and placed every piece ideally. Annette is an excellent listener, honors price limits, and is confident and respectful in sharing opinions and the 'why'.
We are thrilled with our redesigned space, and still consult with her for smaller items such as custom pillows. This was our first time with Senzig's, and working with an interior designer. The larger sized order resulted in sizeable discounts, that were an added surprise.

Read moreMy sister-in-law was buying a dryer from you and was informed that if she bought 3 appliances she could get a bigger discount. She knew I was looking for 2 beverage refrigerators, so she called me. I came out to purchase 2 of the refrigerators and have them bundle them with her purchase to get the discount. When I got there I was informed there was no such deal. I decided to purchase them anyway after being told you had 2 in stock. When I went around to the pick-up door I had to ring 3 times and wait in the rain before anyone came. The first refrigerator was put in my car in a box. The second one was unboxed. When I was about to unload them, I noticed a dent and scratches on the side of the unboxed one. My husband called and said clearly they had given me a floor model or a return instead of a new product, that I shouldn't have been charged for a new one and should have been informed of that switch. They said they would call back with a price adjustment. In the meantime I went to plug the unboxed one in to see if it worked and noticed the grounding part of the plug was bent between the 2 prongs. When it was pushed back, it snapped off. We then called and said we didn't want either of them anymore. Read moreOrdered 9k worth appliances, every one has broke. Then my stove cracked after they replaced a heating element. Ge didn't want to cover said we did it! Owner got them to cover and paid the install fee which was nice since this was clearly not our fault but then the new stove top they put in was faulty and was told we would get a new one months ago and still nothing. My husband has tried to call senzigs and talk to the owner with no call back and keep getting the ring around! My dishwasher is also rusting out. All this is under warranty which i paid for but can't get a return call from them. I will NEVER order another Ge product or from Senzigs ever again. Its been a nightmare!!!...
