My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience at this store. I recommend that anybody needing any kind of device fixed travel the extra distance to get it fixed somewhere else. About a week ago my boyfriend took in my iPhone 5s to get fixed. First he was told by the guy working there that he would have to wait because he was not trained on phones and he only works on computers. That should have been our first clue on how disastrous this whole thing would turn out. After about five days we had not heard ANYTHING about my phone. When my boyfriend called he got the run around. When he asked to speak to a manager a girl with a snotty attitude got on the phone. Basically, she didn't want to deal with him, seemed entirely confused, and then turned around and said my phone was ready to be picked up. I don't know whether she just said that to get us out of her hair but when we went to go pick up the phone it took them ten minutes just to locate it. Finally, after bringing us the wrong phone, they came out with my actual phone, which wasn't fixed at all but looked like someone had taken it apart and at the last minute and pieced it together again. Then the person who gave me my pieced together phone had the nerve to say that they were doing us a favor by not charging us since they couldn't fix...
Read moreNEVER. Again. I had originally thought that my battery had quit on me so I took it in and asked to check to make sure it was actually the battery. Sure enough, it wasn't, it was the charge port. I paid the entire total up front and was told it would be done by the end of the night. They called saying they had accidentally broke my screen in the process and that they didn't have another one on hand so it would be another few days. Turns out it was more than just the screen, so it was another 3 days on top of what they originally told me. Then the other part came in in the wrong color so it had to be sent back for the correct one (3 more days). I finally get my phone back over a week and a half just to be informed that they will have to replace the screen again due to it being scratched. They gave it back to me with my screen popping out of place and my camera no longer functional. I brought up the fact that my screen was not in place and I was told to just put something with weight on it to keep it down. (Seriously?) Everything other than the charge port was working when I dropped off my phone BUT they didn't do a check list upon arrival so there is no documentation on what was working and what wasn't.

Spent $70 plus on a Cell phone case that they guaranteed under warranty & assured would protect the phone, only for my screen to break while in the case the very next day. Tried to call & see if they would take a look at it & where it malfunctioned, or refund money I spent on the defective case & the guy was extremely rude & no help at all. Not once was he apologetic or concerned with details. Thought he may want to find out who sold the case & why they would guarantee a product that obviously was not durable. The guy I talked to today was named David & when we called back he pretended like he was someone else & it was a “porch service” & we had the wrong number, (but it was definitely him & we obviously did not).
