Walls — Local services in Shawnee

If you take the time to shop you'll find good discounts. The staff is generally polite and helpful. Id given a 5 rating however I dislike their "new" floor (lack of a better description) design that keeps their customers from easily shopping. You now cannot walk thru but am forced to walk all the way from either to the front or back just to look at clothing that's right next to you. If you would step over their little department dividing fence it's a potetional tripping hazard and if you're using their cart then you just can't leave it to step over to shop. More importantly the navigation of this store is difficult for any soul whom disabled. I can appreciate their attempts to make it look appealing but it's more of an inconvenience and ill not take the time to walk a mile to shop the different clothing items. I'll not...

While I found the store clean and organized, I was greatly disappointed at the management. He was very rude, not only to my family, but to our cashier "Russell" as well. He didn't know we drove from Blackwell over 2 hours to come look for a few specific things, with our 2 kids. He watched us like a hawk through the store, with a disgruntled look. When asked if we could get a discount on an opened used item he wouldn't even barely acknowledge us and shook his head no. Russell, the cashier, bless him and his professionalism, was the thin line keeping me from cursing out "boss" guy. I visited from out of town.

I was told they have great deals on quality products. Although there are some quality products, the prices on some are more expensive than I would expect for a store that is known for discount prices. Some prices on certain items would be what I would expect to pay at retail stores.

There are, however, some quality products that are at a decent discount price.

The staff seem to be friendly and polite.
