While on the outside it is posted that PW takes the health and wellbeing of its customers seriously- and has stopped services like allowing people to recycle plastic bags or bring reusable bags, the “health and well-being” of customers has zero priority. None of the employees wear masks. The cashier was “disinfecting” the checkout conveyer belt with “homeopathic oregano oil solution”, which scientifically is useless in the way of disinfection ability. Is PW too cheap to supply its cashiers with something as basic as Lysol during a pandemic?
This store blares Christian music over its speakers, but zero in the way of Christian ethic is happening here. Christians protect the vulnerable. Many of the people who shop here are elderly, making them very susceptible to COVID.
PW doesn’t give a darn about either the well-being of its customers or employees. The owners are 10000% all about money. Take your money and shop at Wal-Mart, which is doing its part to be a good community-minded business and...
Read moreMy husband and I have been shopping at the N Pig for years. I was recently treated very rudely by one of the staff and manger of this store. I went to the N Pig to buy cigarettes for my husband and there was only one woman working in the Cigarette section. I was the second line for the service and in a hurry. I asked the woman who was working to find some one else to help me.and then she said rudely: can’t you see I am busy? I said: I know, I just want you to find somebody who can hand me two cartons of cigarettes and I would pay at the regular check out . The worker said: no other person can come this area, and then I asked to see her manager ,and a woman staff came into the area and handed me two cartons of cigarettes and when I was explaining about how rude I was treated to her, the manager come over and said in a loud voice: Enough, enough, you’ve wasted your time. So if I can’t complain to manager, I think ,the N Pig certainly isn’t interested in resolving complaints Nor retaining...
Read moreI stopped in around 6:15 in the morning to pickup coffee and creamer to start my day. No lanes were open so I had to go to the counter to check out. There was another woman in front of me looking around for someone to help her. 5 minutes later a woman named Debbie comes out looking all annoyed that she had to help some customers. When it was my turn Debbie was asked about a machine for bus passes from another customer and her answer took me back. In a very rude tone Debbie replied "There is no machine for bus passes." The woman replied " Oh sorry I was told..." Before she could finish her sentence Debbie cut her off and snapped back saying "If you would have let me finish what I was saying." I don't know if Debbie was having a bad morning or just doesn't like working with customers but if I was a first time customer and that was my first impression I would...
