Talking to the owner about the 90 day warranty and immediately he started gaslighting me telling me I was being disrespectful when trying to get him to commit to a time that he would deal with the broken washer. After telling me they start at 9am tomorrow and telling him I will make myself available for them to come he continually accused me of being unreasonable that they had other customers and that "he won't be talked to this way" I told him to just come get the appliances and give me my money back he won't refund my full money because of "delivery" charge... delivering me broken appliances and now he is charging ME for the delivery.
