I spoke with Brittany, the manager of the pharmacy. The specific task was to fill one moth’s supply from a 3 month fill prescription. We had spent several people’s times last month working through this same issue, but CVS didn't make any changes to the system, so now I can't get the prescription because in the CVS system I am already in cycle. So, if this wasn't enough, Brittany became rank, claimed I spoke loud to her, told me she was the boss and that she didn't have a boss and that I would need to contact the insurance company, something I have never had to do. My latest experience was frustrating because I waited 30 minutes for a prescription and then told they were out of stock. Also you cannot call and actually talk to anyone in the pharmacy, you have to leave a voice mail.
