Absolutely blown away by my experience at Boba Cafe! From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found a gem. Every detail, from the thoughtfully designed interior to the perfectly ambiance, created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me want to stay longer than I planned.

What really set this place apart was the exceptional customer service. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making every guest feel welcome. But I have to give a huge shoutout to Jeremy, he was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he treat me with genuine kindness and care, but I also watched him go above and beyond for other customers around me. His energy was contagious, his knowledge of the menu impressive, and his attention to detail flawless. You don’t often see that level of dedication anymore, and it made a lasting impression.

The pricing was another pleasant surprise. For the high quality of the drinks and the experience overall, I would’ve expected to pay more, but everything was very reasonably priced. The drinks themselves? Delicious. The flavors were vibrant, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation was top-notch. You could tell that care was put into every cup.

In short, Boba Cafe is now one of my favorite places in town. Between the amazing drinks, beautiful setting, fair prices, and staff like Jeremy who treat you like family, you can’t go wrong here. 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely...

This place is incredible!! And such a wonderful addition to downtown Shelbyville!! The staff and owners are so incredibly kind and pleasant to talk with! They are so passionate about serving the community and do their best to make every drink suitable to your tastes! They are extremely informative, so do not fret if you have not tried boba yet! They even have a policy where if you do not like your drink, they will make you another. I can not recommend this place enough!! Always a great...

First time leaving a review, ever and must I say, This place was comfortably relaxing and Jeremy was very kind to my husband and I treating us with great service. Dont forget to ask about their very affordable birthday parties they’ll let you host there. The only thing we regret is not having the kids with us when we made the stop, We will be returning. First time trying BOBA 🧋 I tried not one, not two but 3 because they were that good! Must try. Thanks for the service this town...
