I wanted to purchase from short furniture in Shelbyville, Illinois. I found the one I wanted but did not want the one on the floor. They claimed they would order it for me. After couple weeks or more, I went in to check on it. I was told the sofa on the floor was sold. It was not on the floor. Then I was told there was one on the truck that the lady said she didn’t know it came. They delivered the sofa. I know it was the one from the floor because the thread on one part of it was loose. I was also charged $20 for delivery but the lady told me they don’t charge for this service and that she would send me a check for that amount. I have yet to see the check.
