I went there yesterday for my hair color and haircut .few days before my appointment they asked me to send them the picture of my hair and what color I want it so I send it to them including the haircut style I want. I forgot her name but she has blue long hair. I can tell she doesn’t know what she is doing and no experience just the way she touched My hair to put on the color that you can’t even feel she touching my head. and the worst Thing is when she washed my hair the colors still in my scarf and all over my face I have to tell her to washed the back of my neck. And just getting worse I want highlights my hair turned dark, grayish, blues. And haircut was awful. I still pay and tips her . Customer service...
