I rode to Shelbyville a couple of weeks ago and had a break I couldn't fix. I was taken in and told it was too nice outside to not be able to finish my ride.They made due with spare used parts and I was able to ride about 40 more miles then home. SAVED MY DAY ! I have taken cheap second hand bikes here to replace inner tube twice. Both times they went above and beyond to help me. They even replaced my daughters chain guard for free because they had extras from bmx bikes they were going to throw away. And they adjusted my spokes too.
