I bought a toilet snake from them them and I used it according to the manufacturers instructions on the Box and it broke into 2 pieces. I brought the item back with the receipt and was treated very rudely also I was told that I abused the tool.. They also told me that they could only refund money If the purchase was made within 30 days. they said that I bought it More than 30 days ago.. I asked them to relook at the receipt because it was only 10 days old.they just did not want to back their product up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a shame that that when you try to help out local businesses you get treated rude. no wonder everybody goes to Lowe's . Went to buy a argon/co2 welding gas tank. They had plenty on stock but wouldn't sell me one. I was told they only do exchanges. Guess they don't want to make sales now. Exchanging a tank you only make less than $100.00, selling a full tank you can sell it for $350.00-$400.00. Would be better profit to the store to sell the tank.. just saying.
