If only I could give 0 stars….. GTS had a mass exit the year before we joined from another gym. During our 2022-2023 cheer season, I discovered why so many left. Within a few weeks of signing the cheer contract, our elite cheer level youth 2 was changed to a lower prep level 2.1 one due to GTS accepting athletes not having the required skills levels. That’s not what I signed up for as we were originally put on elite level 2 but oh well. Once you sign the contract, GTS is notorious for changing things and you are stuck due to the contract. Our competition schedule changed multiple times throughout the season, often with short notice to obtain “points” for The Open comp. We competed several comps as the only team in our division. 1st place again Yay! 🙄 We also didn’t receive the full 3 piece $465 uniform we paid for in August. We didn’t get the skirt and bodysuit til February. We competed in sports bras and shorts/skirt for majority of comps. Lack of communication was also noted within the gym and last minute changes were common. I had to clarify things repeatedly. Gym owner didn’t respond to emails or phone calls too. Be wary of placing a credit card on file with GTS as I had multiple fraudulent charges on my gym account made by the owner. Bullying was also a concern on the team as there was a lot of it. My child would walk out in tears most practices from rude, hateful comments made by her teammates. Long story short, stay far away from this small gym. I should have listened to other cheer moms that left the previous season. Huge...

This gym has been our home for 6 yrs!!! Will never go anywhere else. GTS is our family. Staff and coaches put the kids first. If there were to be any issues they have always been able to explain and correct the situation quickly. We are all human and mistakes happen. But to say this gym is no good is ludicruis. Our teams went and came home Number 1 in the Nation!!!...

Watch your payments if you decide to use this gym. They dont know how to keep up with their books. can never give an accurate breakdown. keep screenshots and receipts of everything for your safe keeping! they are very unprofessional....
