Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Sheridan

After finding a store that had it in stock I tried to order online pick up but wouldn't go through for whatever reason and I'm go to the Sheridan store after being approved then I make it there and I give the manager the coupon code and the email that states I can start off at for $5 instead of $25 he tells me that's only for certain stores which kind of made me upset then he says he'll work out something with me on down payment but says he'll only do the $25 was the internet says originally for down payment so didn't work with me at all had me fill out a application out because the one idea is apparently for another store Aaron's so I had to restart all over just to be told I was denied because I have no idea why the other one gave me $200 limit so I feel like since it was almost time to close that manager named Zach basically told me to screw off because I asked for them to honor their coupon code and then I looked up Rent-A-Center prices and I asked him why the Rent-A-Center was $120 cheaper for their cash payment... from that point on the idea will help me at all basically told me to get out so I left and didn't do business with them now mad that I wasted my time driving all the way out here just find out this nonsense everywhere else is closed now just wow.. I reread some of the other comments and they must be completely fake because there was no corporation there no niceness at all it was just...

The manager at this location in Sheridan ark lied about a delivery he swears he personally delivered to my sister apartment, my sister ordered a bed( mattress, box spring) he is charging her for a head board that wasn’t delivered. A dresser and mirror, that was never delivered, so when I call to talk to him( manager) about it he lied and said he personally delivered it to her apartment, which was a lie . Now why would I be calling to tell him about the Merchandise that wasn’t delivered if it was here. So she is paying over 2000,00 on a cheap mattress and box spring… My sister was taken an advantage of.. I need for the owner to contact me so I can let him or her know how that store is being Improperly managed. I have heard of similar experiences like my sister , and no I will not email nobody so don’t ask me to after you read this review… Aaron’s in Sheridan Ark you will never get...

I am so thankful for all the staff and especially Daniel H. For coming to me and my gam gams rescue. We walked into Aaron’s and we had both came in with corn dogs and out of no where my gam gam started choking. I had no idea what to do and I was screaming throughout the store for help and then like an acrobat Daniel came sprinting and lunging over furniture just in time to give my gam gam the heimlich. Within a matter of seconds the corn dog thrusted from my gam gams mouth and landed on a piece of furniture. They were so nice about it and even cleaned up the mess. They also did an excellent job with customer service and got us exactly what we were looking for. This will be my new go to for all my furniture needs. Daniel H, thank you...
