Cotija Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Sheridan

My family and I visited today, and from the first interaction, the service was horrible . The waitress kept cutting us off when we tried to discuss our order. She would reach over us to get or give something to someone instead of walking around. Our party received their food at staggered times - one person got their food, and then 5-7 minutes later, someone else would get theirs. My mom was the last to receive her food, and everyone else was almost done. After experiencing such poor customer service, we asked for to-go plates because we couldn't sit there any longer. I ordered the enchiladas tapicas which the menu says it includes sour cream. I didn't receive it on my plate and asked the waitress about it. She said it doesn't come with it. I checked on my way out and sure enough it's supposed to be with the food. It's small but I ordered it for a reason because it included sour cream. Either the staff doesn't know the menu or you're not getting what it's supposed to be. Either way check your order. And there was an older lady outside begging for money...

Food was served 4 minutes after ordering and everything tasted perfect. Manager checked on me right after I tasted the food. The waiter has come back with everything I’ve asked for ins very timely manner. I will be stopping here every time I come through. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Wish I could...
