Called to ask about how I would obtain a recent bill for a client of mine and was told they can’t access anyone’s account unless they are physically in the store and show an ID...? Are you kidding me? With the technology these days, and being a communication store, i was hung up on. Called back to ask for the same person and was told he was busy, and to my surprise he was also the manager. His name is James. So a manager of one of the ‘supposedly’ top communication/technology/customer service retail stores has a manager that hangs up on someone simply asking a few questions....I left my number for him to call back but of course no call. Reading other reviews I see the same issue of having to physically be in the store and show an ID to access the account seems completely irrational in this high tech world we live in. Can’t see this store staying in business with the lack of customer service on both people I talked to. Will be filing a complaint with the district manager or whomever his boss is. Terrible customer service. I actually went out of my way to look up the main 800 number to see if that was true in accessing accounts in store and with ID and not a requirement at all. Read moreWas kicked out of the store for a problem they created back in December 2023 when I paid my internet and Direct TV bill, the person that handled my bills did them wrong by putting in the internet and wireless phone bill, I had a check for the amount of the internet and Direct TV bill, so they canceled the first bill and wrote another bill for the internet and Direct TV but for the amount of my check. I came back about 2 weeks ago because I received a message from AT&T saying my bill for the direct tv was, did have the bill with me the first time so I was told all accounts was paid in full, today I received another bill about the same things, took the bill showing the mistakes that was made in December, the manger said it was my fault and kicked me out of the office AT&T. Read moreI went to AT&T store to get some stuff downloaded from a iPhone to another phone and they could not help me doing that knowing that they could not do that they kept me they're trying to do that even though they knew that their equipment was not allowed to do that and it was kind of a disappointment cuz it was a waste of my time and a waste of my energy to go there and see if they could do it and it was a great disappointment what I go there again to try and have something done probably not but they did have great attitude and they were very nice people it was just they need to know more about what their equipment can and cannot do and let you know that upfront before sitting there and you know wasting your time and energy and doing something that they know that they are...
