Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Sheridan

So, we came to this establishment today my boss and I. Just very underwhelming. The staff seemed...complacent? Our waitress didn't know what came on the 4 meat and 4 cheese calzone. Thats fine, i dont blame her she was very sweet. We both got a calzone, my boss requested extra sauce with his 4m4c. I on the other hand got the ham, bacon cheddar. So they come out, and my boss went off immediatly because his calzone had literally NO SAUCE. Mine didn't either. I was more appalled for him because he requested extra sauce. He literally ate 1 of the 8 pieces. I couldn't believe it. I don't know if its different because they are "calzone rings" oorrrrr what? We could have went next door to Wal-Mart for a nice hot pocket... we would have been happier and not feel like we spent $20 for horse fodder. Mazzios, sweet heart it probably just time to close it on down. This is like the only one left in America? Maybe? Hell, when my boss brought up the idea I was stoked. But this was a horrible experience. I tipped the waitress in hopes of motivation to gtfo of there lol. Just, a mess. Use that 40 bucks and get some sauce in that joint for these calzone "rings" and stop using Petit Jean maple scramble sausage to fill them. Get rid of it, no one plays Cruisn USA any more. Just wanted to hop on here and post a review for our Local Mazzios. First off- I'm 40, traveled and lived all over the U. S and eaten at 100'S of Mazzios but none have EVER compared. There is a FULL SERVICE menu, meaning you sit, the waitor/tress brings you a menu, your drink, your salads and then your pizza! They allow you to use online coupons in addition to the staff being knowledgeable of any other specials or discounted rates. They are VERY affordable as our family are plenty and went home with a pizza box full of leftovers. The restaurant was clean, all the games worked well and the bathroom was decent although the place was packed. My family of four enjoyed our dinner thanks to our waitress and thus the 5 five stars which I never give. My coworker, daughter, and and I came in for lunch on Thursday and has the absolute worst experience. We came in around 11:00 and were seated promptly. We were sat right under a vent so we decided to move to a different table and one that was bigger. We ordered the triple deal and it would have been a right fit on the tiny table that we were sat at. Once the waitress realized we moved, she asked us to move back to our table. We told her that we were freezing under the vent, and she told us that those bigger tables are for larger groups. Yes we only had 3 people and moved to a table for six, however there were only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant.
