Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sheridan

One star is way to generous for this place wish I could give them negative 5 stars. After 15 minutes on the phone repeating my order, card #, and address 3 times I was told 45 minutes. An hour and a half later they show up with someone else's order we opened everything that was delivered before we realized it was all wrong stop the delivery driver and told her we would just take what she brought since it had all been opened. She informed us that it still had to be delivered to the right customer (because everyone wants food other people have opened) I asked for a refund and was told she could not get ahold of anyone at the store. She tells us we will have to wait until she gets the correct order and brings it back 35 minutes later we get the correct order so cold and nasty it was thrown in the trash. We picked up an order under Nick Cobb at about 9:40 last night and just wanted to say this is the best Pizza Hut order we’ve gotten in at least two years! The people were fantastic, the food was RIGHT, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s not often that we’ve gotten good service or food in a while from fast food, and this was phenomenal. Yes I used phenomenal and Pizza Hut in the same sentence!!! Thank you very much for all the people that worked last night to make sure our order was right and delicious!!!!! Called at 10:50pm and asked what time they quit taking orders. The person on the phone said 11. So I proceeded to give them my order. The lady on the phone said hold on and said to the other employee “are you kidding me, 10 minutes to close.” She asked if it was delivery and I said yes. She then complained and made more rude comments. She told the other employee to quit crying. I told them nevermind that I will just come pick it up and she said “Oh no don’t worry we won’t do anything to your pizza, we will deliver it.” She was very rude so I asked what her name was and she refused to tell me but then told me that they will deliver. “Just make sure to tip their driver!” I will be calling tomorrow to complain.
