I have been looking for a zero turn mower for about three months now. When I arrived at stockton power equipment I was greeted by Justin and he showed me around the show room floor and directed me to a mower that would fit my mowing needs. After 20 minutes of conversion and answering all my questions he presented me with an offer that beat every price on the internet and in person in the big box stores. He was super professional and made us feel like family. His team did another inspection of the new mower filled it full of fuel and even loaded it in our trailer. Don’t be fooled I have done business with them since we moved to Sheridan and I was denied rental of heavy equipment because some con artist contractor took me for $1000+ and rented equipment from Stockton in his name and took it back dirty and stiffed them on the remaining costs. I have bought a use and a brand new riding lawnmowers and brought it to them to fix because I trusted them and they stood by their work. I love helping small businesses but I am being pulled to the other side. My husband is a disabled veteran and can’t use a shovel to dig. Excellent customer care and info, I went looking for a STIHL chainsaw, very informative and asked me questions about what I was intending to use it for, how often.... no pressure, no hassle and very patient (first new chainsaw purchase). I know I did NOT get anywhere near the customer service or care. When I went to another STIHL dealership located in Watson Chapel, owner acted like he didn't give a damn if I bought anything or not.... never go there again.
