El Parian — Restaurant in Sheridan

We just needed a quick bite to tide us over until leaving the next morning and decided on this place. We were seated immediately, it wasn’t too busy but plenty of folks there. About a minute after we sat we had chips and salsa on the table. We had plenty of time to review the menu and choose and the food came out lightning fast. So good too! I had super full but couldn’t stop eating! Were from out of town, but you could tell a lot of locals eat there because so many people were walking around and talking with each other. We even saw a local cop come in and talk to some folks! Loved the boss!! He was working like crazy, waiting on tables, checking people out, bussing tables, it was amazing to watch him and even though he was working himself to death he was still in a wonderful, friendly mood with a smile on his face!!! We need more workers like him in the world!! Workers like him would make the world a better happier place!!😁 besides the fact that he worked his honey off the food was delicious and was delivered quickly!! We had chicken quesadillas steak fajitas and steak chimichanga with rice and beans. Even the corn dogs and french fries were good LOL. the cheese dip and salsa were great and the chips were hot and fresh!!! Worst experience ever at this place. The kid who waited on us should go back to cleaning tables. Place isn't very busy yet waited 10 minutes to get seated. Once seated we waited another 10 minutes before I got up and grabbed our own menus and silverware. Food came out for just one of us and we had to wait several more minutes for the rest of my family to get there food. Asked for a refill and looked at my cup on the counter by the register for another solid 10 minutes before I asked another waiter if he would get it. By far worst service I've ever experienced here.
