Boedeker Plastics Inc — Local services in Shiner

After being told by a Tom Dickard there (from their Technical Services & Application Development group) that Boedeker Plastics, Inc. could not make the custom part I asked for a quote on (a simple wedge shape made from acrylic sheet), I asked him for guidance on what the problem was and how I could modify the design so that they could make it. Based on the discussion I made the suggested modification and sent him new technical drawings. Tom again came back and told me they could not quote the part - this time for another reason that was not mentioned previously. He then sent the attached message, presumably meant to go to his co-worker Mary Kubicek and accidentally sent to me also, in which he stated: "This guy will not give up! Good grief!!" Obviously Tom Dickard has no interest in helping Boedeker Plastics acquire new customers or orders. What a waste of time that was. My suggestion to anyone considering Boedeker:...

I've been working with Boedeker Plastics for over a year now, specifically Mary, who's Inside Sales and have had a phenomenal experience!! Boedeker gets quotes back extremely fast, their prices are better than buying local, and customer service is A++.
