I must tell everyone about my experience at Poehler tire in shiner tx pulled in their shop today 6/22/22 to see about purchasing a new tire the one I had on my truck was in really bad shape and I didn't know how far I would go this was at 4:15 PM they told me they were booked up for the day but they didn't close until 6:00 pm.i understood that so I got in my truck and started backing out but the tire blew out so I pulled back in the 2 young men saw and heard what happened so I went in the office and explained my situation but they told me they couldn't help me and I would have to go somewhere else to get my tire fixed. They were just laughing at me as I drove off with a blown out tire. It was beyond my belief that this tire shop could treat anyone the way I was treated today. Thankfully there was another tire shop about 4 blocks away and this older gentlemen saw the situation I was in and went out of his way sold me a new tire and help me out tremendously. Saturday Availability!!! I found myself behind schedule on 7/18/20 and pulled into a tire shop in Shiner, Texas at 12:45pm. Keep in mind they shut the doors at 1pm through this entire experience. Justin and Tyler I do believe was his name blocked my truck off jacked up the trailer repaired my flat and I was gone by 1:05! It was late Friday, right before close, I called with tire issues. I know nothing about cars so didn't know what was wrong. They didn't promise they could fix it before close, just told me to come over. The guys walked me through what was wrong, didn't oversell me, but kept me safe and even made sure I knew what the next steps were since tires weren't the only thing wrong. Solid team under great leadership....
