I liked going to this Target because it's usually well stocked. What I didn't enjoy was your security very obviously following/watching our family. You can't find an employee to ask questions but they apparently have plenty of security employees that are terrible at their jobs. If you don't look like a suburban stepford wife you're not welcome at this Target. We left the pricey coffee maker behind that we came there to purchase and just purchased what we had in the cart because of loss prevention standing around us staring/pretending to do something else in the most obvious way. It was uncomfortable and they must train their staff to profile based on 1980's stereotypes. The situation was so bad it was laughable. I doubt these people are actually catching any legitimate shoplifters. If they do, they are the worst thieves in the history of shoplifting. The reason we were looking so closely at the shelves was because they were poorly marked, boxes were in the wrong place, and there was no one to ask about the item. We shouldn't have even purchased our cart items and left that too. I hate to break this to you guys, but you do know that there is a good portion of the population that has tattoos now?- even law enforcement. I've tried to get in touch with them and was assured a member of management would contact me. I have not received a phone call. I'd love to know what exactly we were doing that was so suspicious that you had to have two loss prevention...
Read moreThe sign at the door says everyone entering the store must wear masks--employees, vendors, and customers. Yet, I swear two female employees wearing their masks on their chin like it's a guard for their beard. I saw another female employee and male employee wearing their masks below their nose. No wonder people keep testing positive for COVID-19 that work here.
There have been employees at this location that have tested positive for COVID-19 on two separate occasions. This was reported in the local newspaper, but not at the store level where customers would know. This is something that customers need to know.
Target is my go to place because there's lots of lines open to assist the influx of customers purchasing items. The cashiers are quick so the wait isn't long in the lines.
Target isn't overpriced. Their prices are comparable to Wal-Mart. I've noticed that the prices are within cents of each other.
Target has a smartphone app Cartwheel in which you can clip coupons.
You can check Target's website to see if your neighborhood Target has a particular item that you want or need. That's been very helpful to me as I can check the Target near home, work, or church and not have to waste gas and time and the item is sold out. Thank you!!

Read moreLack of knowing their own policy led to the loss of my coupon. I made a purchase using a coupon that I returned the next day because the product did not work for my space. The customer service representatives did not return the coupon to me nor would they return the value on a Target Giftcard. The Target coupon policy clearly states that the "Return of an item purchased using a Manufacturer Coupon may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target Giftcard." The customer representatives, Jade and another younger girl (was not wearing a name tag), treated me like I was stealing from Target when I asked for the $2 on a Target Giftcard. They were unwilling to look through the bins to return my coupon and stated they could not give me the value of the coupon back. Needless to say I was flustered, but I then called customer service and they instructed me to go back and speak with the manager OR the lead on duty (LOD), who is higher than the manager. Unwillingly I went back to the store and spoke with Bob, the manager on duty. Bob understood the policy and treated my husband and I with the respect we deserved in the first place. He corrected the wrong and returned the $2 value back to us. I caution use of coupons at this store ESPECIALLY if customer service representatives do not know the policies. It seems there is still some education to be done with the customer service representatives regarding their own policies...
