Preordered item a month in advance to make sure I didn't miss it on day one. I finally come to pick it up but guy here (Brian) won't honor the order price. His excuse? The promotional price is from weeks ago... but the item came out today. So was I supposed to come and get it when it didn't exist yet? That doesn't make sense. Then he says I should've gotten it shipped but it didn't say anywhere on the site that the price was for shipping. If the site allows me to preorder for pick up and I have my order number and my price then you obviously have to honor the price. Otherwise what's the point of preordering? That doesn't make sense. Is it really worth it to lose a customer for not honoring a price that you set? Why do you sell items at promotional prices that you won't honor? What do you gain by pissing...
