The entire team at WEAD is just fantastic. They have always been friendly, helpful, and accessible, even throughout the pandemic. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that their students have opportunities to practice and perform while maintaining strict guidelines to keep everyone safe and healthy.

All of the teachers here are professional and extremely talented. The recitals are actually enjoyable from start to finish, which was a pleasant surprise. I cannot say enough good things about West End Academy of Dance! The many instructors my daughter has had have been incredibly knowledgable, skilled, and excellent at teaching their dance style. More importantly, they all use a positive approach in their teaching, allowing the dancers to feel safe to take risks and push through challenging choreography. Miss Madison and her team are the go to place for dancing in Richmond's west end. This studio has a high level of engagement with students and with providing dancing instruction appropriate to the learner. My teen-age daughter (a latecomer to dance) loves her classes here. When Covid rolled in, this studio made adjustments and when dancing instruction resumed they implemented protocols that demonstrated care and attention to detail.
