This review goes directly to the management staff that was working tonight. Sorry I did not get her name. But I must say it is very unprofessional to be walking through your store on your phone Talking c* about the employee and everything that employee said and did that ultimately got that person fired. I as customer should not have to hear that Do you realize how uncomfortable you made me feel The way you were talking about this person. You being in management you should know that those conversations belong privately in an office. From what I heard about what this person did your actions were just as bad or if not worse. I shop in this store about 3 to 4 times a week and I do hope to continue. If I was to give this store personally a review I think it deserves 5 stars the employees are great they're always polite and helpful. The manager is nasty to the customers. Went in today to make a purchase and needed $10 cash back. There’s a sign on the register to ask before getting cash back, so I kindly did so. She snapped at me saying “if I give you cash back then I have to give every other person that comes in here cash back.” INCREDIBLY rude. Either change the sign to say no cash back or change your card machine, but don’t snap at good paying customers cause you’re having a day. The store manager is the rudest person God ever put on this earth!!! Besides the hateful glare she gives the customers as they walk in the door she's rude if you ask any kind of a question as well. She's disrespectful to her employees and yells at them right in front of the customers and talks horribly about the staff that isn't even there at work.
