Read more*Read New Updates Below * Expensive how they stay in business is amazing, but the family owned business has seen a decline in revenue in recent years and stock holders declined a buyout by HCB. Update Nov 23, 2021 five times I called this store to reach the meat department and five times I was put on hold never could get through so I just went to the competition and bought what I needed, this location continues to decline in service. With over 8 million views of my reviews and pictures. Someone is going decide there is a better place to shop for groceries. April 2022 review on this Brookshires. Customer service has become a bit better, the store management has definitely improved. I had an issue with a Deli department order and when it was brought to the attention of the management they insisted that I take it remade on the house. Now that is customer service. I'm impressed. Update 4/18/23 A store is only as it's management and logistic support. This location has continues to run out sale items. Now if you're interested in attracting customers by running highly sought items on sale. It's only common sense to order two truck loads instead of the normal one, so you don't run out. Oh and by the way, my reviews have now reached 32 million views and climbing.. Update June 27, 2023 Sale items not properly labeled on the shelves. 12 -5- 2023. 5-27-2024 nothing is better. 11/29/2024 This location sucks like a Hoover. Brookshire's implementation of a new check out system and their BS ecoupons, apparently it over charges and screws the customers out of money, make sure you check your receipt for over charges. They tried to rip me off $5.00, but my due diligence is way ahead of these dumb managers and the children they hire to run this store. I hate Brookshire's extremely high prices and now even more so over this latest headache. Oh before I forget, a gallon of milk is $1.00 higher at Brookshire's than Kroger across the street on Mansfield Rd. That's a significant difference especially when you have to put up with the idiot employees and scam tactics used by...
Read moreWorst pharmacy ever! My info took two personal trips to update. My insurance info was never taken and I was charged full price for my prescription. Both times it was supposed to be a 20 min wait. Both times it took an hour. The last time, no other customers were in wait status but me. No one seems to know what they are doing. Its literally the blind leading the blind. If you don't have to use this pharmacy, DON'T! I'm now having to try to get my money back on the prescription they never filed under my insurance! You would truly get better service talking to a brick wall. They truly makes the entire store look bad. I'm pretty sure I'll be shopping and filling my prescriptions at Kroger from this point on...this is so sad for the store in general. The store manager or even corporate should look into this. It makes you wonder how many other people are...
