Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Shreveport

I would give 0 stars if I could and still be able to make a review. The papa johns at 9225 MANSFIELD RD.!!!!! Is by far the worst place you could order a pizza from. Management (Manager DERRICK) is literally awful. Why are you working? as a manager at that, at this place you’re clearly miserable at? He was so rude for no reason. I called to report my issues to the store and he did not greet me with a "how may I assist you" he said "what's wrong with you?" As if I'm the problem in this situation. I told him my issues with this order and he had a smart comeback for everything I said. There is a thumb print in my pizza. He said "it's not a thumb print, it's a cheese bubble" a cheese bubble does not go all the way to the crust. I told him it looked like somebody put my pepper in their mouth, chewed it and spit it out. He said "that's the way they come sometimes" I DONT CARE if that's the way "they come" don't put that in my box! Throw it away. The other two were the size of quarters. My pizza wasn't cut, so we had to cut it ourselves. My cheesesticks were missing a topping. He said "my bad I didn't see it" his tone was rude and his attitude was just over all terrible. Working nearby and stopped in at 740pm to order some pizzas for myself and coworkers. Enter building and both workers busy cleaning as if closing. Woman rolled her eyes at me when she saw me come in. She waddled to the register with a very unwelcome demeanor and just stared at me. I just stared at her right back. Then she says "can I help ya?", in the most unfriendliest unwelcome voice she could muster. I asked her if it would be ok of I ordered some food, or are they closing? She said that they were, but not yet. I told her that I wasn't ordering anything because I could tell by her attitude the food wouldn't be good, and if she wasn't interested I wasn't either. Then she finally cracked a smile. Probably because she was successful at messy up my day. This person should be fired and doesn't deserve a job anywhere. I walked out and went down the street to smittys, which was freaking terrible, but atleast they were nice. Spent 67 bucks down there. It's a shame because I've been to this location about 8 times in the last 3 months and the workers have been atleast average and the food was good. The girls making the pizzas always work hard it's the other ones that work behind the counter playing with their phones playing in their hair ignoring you when you come in closing early even would even look at you at the door and not acknowledge you playing on their phone until they get ready to leave it's really annoying and I wish there was a way to contact the owner because them left in there by themselves the ones that aren't making pizza they don't do anything but play on their phones stare at you weird they don't greet you and they're more than happy to close early and not complete orders I had to pick up at 11:04 and the girl was standing there playing at the counter on her phone when I walked up to the door at exactly 11:00 there was no attempt made to make the order and this is about the 4th or fifth time it's happened I would love to speak to the owner.. they truly don't care about you or your business as an owner I don't know what happened to the guy that used to be in there but they used to work when...
