On September first I decided to purchase a smok baby mod kit. I was purple which is my favorite color. I was told they were brand new just coming in stock. In the past I've purchased cheap $10 e-cigs or vaporizers in the past, but this time I decided I wanted to spend the money on a better quality product so it would last longer and work better. Needless to say, that when I was buying the item everyone in the shop was helpful and sweet. Well I got home and set it up. The next day it wouldn't hold a charge. That Sunday my sister said maybe something is wrong with the battery, she was right no big deal. Took it out put it back and it started charging. By Sunday night it started leaking juice. I thought maybe my tank was loose, not so. Because it was a holiday I went back to the shop Tuesday. I only had literally one day of good use. When I hot there my sister and I were explaining the problem to a rep, her response was" we aren't a repair shop, but I'll listen anyway and we've been having leaking issues with our vapes." After twenty minutes the manager came after she heard me saying I wanted money back because they sold me a broken product. I began to explain myself and my disgust, I was cut off and told all sales are final. I asked for the signs, there's only one above the register on the wall and if you're not looking you'll miss it. I informed her that I was never told before picking it out or paying that there was no refund on electronic items because I would have never bought it, nor is it on my receipt or anywhere close to the electronic items. Then when I tried saying how her employee admitted there vapes were faulty she told me I was yelling. Though we were both using the same tones. After a round of who is yelling and whose not I was asked to leave. I refused and was told she was calling the police. I told her I'd wait. When I told her I was calling my bank to stop payment her tune changed. I was then offered store credit worth $137 and offered pipes and bongs. I don't do drugs so this didn't appeal to me. After a long battle I left there with another mod kit same brand, which probably doesn't work either. Be careful where you shop. Everyone isn't honest. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI grew up in Highland and up until today have only had positive experiences buying products from this shop.Tonight though, I was forced to deviate from my normal vape shop (closes early on Sunday) at first I was relieved to discover that they had e-cigarette and accessories available at all. I bought a 50 watt Sub box Nano in white and was firstly overcharged (my opinion) by around $50. I was a bit upset but seeing how it's the weekend I decided to just go home and relax. This idea was shut down really quick when I tried to turn it on and got nothing. When I went back in not 5 minutes had past and the person who rang me up could have at least pretended to care that I had a faulty kit and helped. I am a sales and customer service rep myself si I know what the deal is. Long story short I left with a purple battery mod being told if I wanted to take it up with the owner tomorrow I could. Like I said I know how this goes so I gladly took it with the thought that walking out the door a second time would result in getting only $118 less in my account and nothing else. All the guys are nice, friendly, and super knowledgeable the past couple times I went in thereās been new people but still helpful. But thereās this new girl worker who doesnāt have any teeth who wonāt sell me anything in the back. I went in one day she said she didnāt have her license so she couldnāt sell me any of that stuff. I come in at least 10 days later and she tells me the same thing I ask her why the guy canāt sell it to me since I ALWAYS bought things from him she just keeps saying she canāt sell anything to me cause her license till tomorrow.
