Buyer beware! Ordered and paid for two items. Requested a 30 day turnaround for an event which the owner said wouldn't be a problem. Called a week and half out from event and was told "products shipped". Products were never shipped. He had the nerve tell write me and say "since it appears you don't believe me, i'll just refund your money and you can pay me when they arrive. Needless to say he flat out lied and they never showed up. The event was ruined. ...

Always wonderful with jewelry needs he can create in gold and silver. Makes and repairs jewelry is reasonable on pricing. He made our wedding bands and now is making my daughters wedding bands. Ramona does sewing creations as well as putting patches on anything..lol does a great job! They are wonderful peaple stop by...

Amazing customer service and extremely helpful. Mad Dog and Mona stopped what they were doing in order to help me out. They helped me pick out a vest, they sowed on my patches and knew regulations on patch placement. I was in and out of the store w/in 15 min A++++++ Service... Vet...
