What an awful experience I had at Super One today! Upon being checked out by Ms Joyce, I said this is WIC, however she Proceeded to ring up the transaction while asking me “How many coupons do you have?” I handed her the 1 I had. As she completed the transaction I asked her “Was the cheese Not on the WIC transaction?” … I knew it should have been. Then she said “I don’t know… I don’t know nothing about this WIC stuff.” I explained to her there’s a sign back there beneath the cheese that said it’s WIC approved. And then she says, “Oh you not getting KRAFT cheese anyway “ She then calls her Supervisor…. They don’t know why it’s not approved…. BUT THERE IS A WIC APPROVED SIGN BACK THERE.

Well ma’am…. This is Definitely a part of your job! So after it was all said and done…. The signage was wrong…. I definitely got the Kraft cheese… and Ms Joyce…. Your attitude was definitely NOT up to par! Poor customer service! Especially to ask “Where she at?” When the CUSTOMER had to Go to the back of the store to get another kind of cheese!!! I often go here to go get my mother's medicine from the pharmacy, i also do light grocery shopping while i am at this location. Today (7/18/2023) i had to stop by the pharmacy to pick up my moms meds and i was treated with complete disrespect and discrimination ,I was refused service, and was talked about very badly all because i am clearly a dominant woman who is openly a part of the LGBTQ+ commumity. I was talked about, laughed at, ignored, and was passed on to the next pharmacy employee who was very disrespectful in her own way toward me. I was so behooved by the treatment i received, i didn't know these women nor was i disrespectful to them in anyway.
