The manager at Subway on Herndon Avenue was very rude. Prior to Miss Tiffany starting on my sandwich. I informed her that I would like my bread toasted with cheese before placing the tuna. She proceeded to put the tuna on the bread. I informed her again that I did not want the tuna toasted she took the tuna off and started mumbling under her breath, I asked her was there a problem and she proceeded to say nothing but started throwing would appear to be a mini tantrum. I told her to forget about the order, and I would be contacting someone in regards to the service. the lady at the counter asked me was everything OK? I proceeded to tell her what was happening, and Miss Tiffany notified me at that time that she was the manager. and told me to have a nice day in a condescending way . I told her that everyone has the answer to someone. I contacted the manager Miss Melissa and she pretty much blew me off and said she would she’s sorry that happened and she will review the tapes. She also told me that it was no need to contact anyone else or write any emails because they would just come back to her. I told the young guy behind the counter what I want and he was very non chalant, non communicative, never greeted me, when I asked a question he shook his head.
