You only ever buy Little Caesars because it’s quick. You don’t expect it to be good. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait long after the order ready window ends. Today, after waiting 30 minutes past, I requested a refund. The little rude girl with the red braids and one of little boys gave me a hard time about it and said they can’t refund an online order. A lot of places try this because customers let them get away with it, but this is actually against credit card merchant agreements and also illegal. The workers were weirdly territorial over the funds as if it weee their own personal bank accounts. The little boy called me the b-word and continued refusing my refund. They told me to call corporate which is closed now. I’ve already reached out through social media and have corresponded with corporate. I will be following up tomorrow along with calling master card and letting them know this store is violating merchant agreements and the state attorney general so they’re aware this location is violating consumer policies. I will not...
Read moreTotally rude. I accidentally made a pickup order instead of a delivery order through the little caesars app. I called immediately after doing so to tell them that it was suppose to be a delivery order and to cancel it. The order was never cancelled and they still haven't returned my money five days later. They will not answer the phone there and the person that I spoke with name is Russell. I simply just want my money back. I didn't get pizza so I should get my money back. There wasn't enough time to make a pizza in two minutes. I don't just sweep things under the rug and give my money away. I need a resolution.
Update: So I called and finally got an answer from a guy named Chris. Chris told me that he was aware of my complaint and request and that my information had been given to the owner and I should be getting a call from whomever. Here it is a week later, no call and no refund. Still...

I and my mom made another stop last Monday. Walking inside, the workers were loud, arguing (but playfully) with each other. It seemed very ghetto and unprofessional at first, but the more i sat down and observed their attitudes, the more amusing it was. I could tell, they all were comfortable and just trying to breeze by the shift the best they could. All were hard at working and very nice. Even when I left, one of the guys nicely saw us out of the store. The wind blew, and my mom's napkin were carried off. One of the guys inside saw it, and just as we were about to drive off, he gave us more napkins. So, yeah, kudos...
