Sonny's Super Foods — Local services in Sidney

I support small businesses. Have been going here & ordering meat from here for over 20 years. But recently did a meat order talked to the meat department 3 times and the order wasn't done when said it would be and lost one order completely. Drove 3 hrs to get it to find this out. Will have to make another 3 hr trip one way to pick it up. Spoke to the owner Jason about this, was only ordered an apology. I'm not looking for a lot but there seems to be zero accountability. When this town had three grocery stores, it seemed that Sonny's was a good place to shop. But don't get me wrong, it still is, but it seems that they are pricing themselves right out of having more customers. The shelves are always stocked, the isles are always clean, and always playing some background music. I called the deli and asked for them to put some fried chicken down for me, and they told me they were cleaning the fryers and to call back in an hour. No problem. I called back, and placed my order.
