Staying the night in Sidney, there aren't many options for food. We finally settled on Rock Sports. They serve typical bar and grill fare - burgers, sandwiches, nachos, etc. I opted for the Volcano Nachos with brisket (or Nacho's, as they are on the menu lol). They were surprisingly very good and I recommend them! Rather than just sprinkle cheddar cheese over chips and heat to melt the cheese, a chipotle asio is added to the cheese - and transforms the flavor completely! And the piled on the brisket, onions, jalapenos and olives. The half order was perfect for one person. The only reasons I can't give it a 5 is that my daughter was not a fan of the kids quesadilla and service could have been a little more attentive, especially since it wasn't incredibly busy...

We decided to get 4 sandwiches platters with 4 separate sides and we split them all like a sampler and we ALL really liked ALL our choices and we had a hard time choosing our 4 together! The entire menu looked good. Overall our "sample platter" technic worked really well to learn that all 4 of us enjoyed all 4 items. Our server was a bit cranky BUT she still did her job and hopefully we tipped her well enough to make her night better! Totally recommend, just wish we had grabbed photos...

The bleu cheese burger barely had any cheese crumbles and just a tiny bit of garlic aioli. We also ordered the fried cauliflower instead of fries with the burger, but it was a tiny portion.
