I had a fantastic experience today at City Creek Furniture looking for a new mattress. The associate who helped me, Enzo, was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses they had and patiently listened to what I was looking for in terms of comfort and price.

We went through all the options they had in stock, and Enzo even explained the pros and cons of what they could order for me. He was never pushy and really made sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs.

Stan said he had to special order for me because I wanted a full size matress. He said it would be one to two weeks. After a month, he had no idea when it would arrive. Then, all of a sudden he said it had arrived and we can only deliver it tomorro because Enzo is going on vacation. Only after it was in my bedroom did he tell me it would be $150 to remove the old matress, box spring and frame.
