she was the first one to ever put bleach on my hair and she completely fried it. the water temperature was way too hot when she was washing my hair. and she was pulling so hard on my hair when trying to brush it after the wash! i didn’t get the hair color i was looking for and my hair is 2 different colors!! i do not recommend getting your hair...
