Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Sikeston

Got here and stood by the door for 5 whole minutes before being acknowledged for the first time while multiple employees were witnessed standing idle. When we were finally acknowledged, we were lead to a dirty table where the waitress/hostess just walked off without explaining or saying anything to us except to follow her. She came back a moment later with a towel and spray to clean said table, however when we were seated it was still sopping with whatever they use to clean with. The waitress/hostess (still unaware as to what she is) then left without getting our drink order leaving another girl (again never introducing herself or declaring what her job position was) to get our drink order. Multiple minutes later she left. Two minutes after, our original waitress/hostess came and ID'd us. The whole experience so far has been extremly annoying. We have at this point been here for thirty minutes and I have yet to get the water I asked for nor have I found out who is waiting on us. We received our food and were ghosted for 30 minutes before we saw our waiter again I had wanted to order additional items however when the waitress came back she placed our ticket down saying there you go never having asked us if we wanted anything else or if everything was okay...

I've alwaya had bad experiences with the Sikeston location but I thought something would've changed after avoiding it for 5 years. I went last night with my mom. Our server was Laila. She seemed sweet enough. She took our order with no problem whatsoever. I had just ordered a buffalo salad with no tomatoes and extra bleu cheese dressing. I also got an order of 10 piece boneless wings to go. She had told us it was bogo so the 10 piece would be 20. She even repeated our order back to us so I know it was correct. My salad came and to say it was buffalo chicken is a joke. My salad came with tomatoes and no dressing. It was completely dry. Barely any buffalo sauce on it. If I wanted a basic chicjen dalad I would've just ordered one. I understand a lot of it is on the cook but I've worked in restaurants before. Ultimately it was her job to ensure our order was correct. She did offer to take it back AFTER she had brought it to the table instead of just getting it fixed in the kitchen. My mothers order was exactly what she ordered. Once we were done she brought out the 20 piece boneless wings i ordered. Came home...there was only 10 and they were bone in. I'll ho back when BDubs decide to hire quality...

I would put a Neg. if we were able Going into the building, my wife spoke with a waitress about sitting at a certain table it was near our family that was at the restaurant seated before we came in the waitress said it was fine we started to sit down then a female from the front counter did not get her name she did not introduce herself she didn't come to the table to take our order she just come over to say it is not self seating she would allow it this time but next time wait to be seated very smart and rude then walked away didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink or something then just walked away to the counter I could understand if the place was full it had 5 tables open she was very rude and not welcoming at all we decided to leave since it seamed at that moment we were not welcome nor wanted we drove 20 minutes to town to have a nice dinner but didn't get any service at all other than a very rude and unwelcomeing person not sure if she is a waitress team lead assistant or manager but needs to learn common courtesy and how to be welcoming stopped elsewhere to get food and drove back...
