Our family purchased a queen size i mattress xs1 manufacturers date 5/27/14. The 1st year was amazing! No complaints. Within the following 6 months we continued to notice it was loosing its form and sagging.I called and spoke with a gentleman regarding our mattress especially the fact we spent so much money on this purchase along with purchasing a dresser and twin size bed. He educated me it would take him to long to look my information up for they did keep receipts or information like that on file at the store.He explained it was filed at his home and requested that I bring my receipt in.I explained to him that we had an extremly ill child and would be traveling 7 hrs away for a week to mayo clinic.He showed no concerm nor offered to give customer satisfaction and look up our file since we would be away for a week.Of course I have my receipt but a good business would do right by their customers. I have been back to the store on 2 other occasions the 1st gentleman I spoke with is no longer with the company. I felt like when I personally went in I was treated like a joke and not taken Seriously! Also the mattress covers advertised and given free are NOT LEAK PROOF AT ALL!!! We rotate our mattress every month and it doesn't help. Im just so disappointed that in 3 years its so uncomfortable.Our backs hurt worse now than our pillow top king size bed we had for 10 years before we bought the i mattress.I do not like writing bad reviews, but when you feel like you are being ignored or blown off. When we moved into our new house a few years ago, we came here to buy a new queen bed set for our guest bedroom. Troy was very helpful in helping us select a quality product and easy financing. We came back last week to buy a new king bed with an adjustable base, and it was the same experience! Troy was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I find what firmness and texture we needed. Our favorite bed set we picked was a few hundred out of our price range, but Bargain Bedding was able to help wiggle the price closer to meet in the middle of what we were looking for. When it came to setting up delivery, we thought we might have to wait until Wednesday the next week, but Troy delivered it with another employee early Saturday morning, hours before the store even opened. Pretty sure he used his personal truck to bring us our bed set so we didn't have to wait until Wednesday for delivery. Truly am above and beyond experience for us. I'm never going anywhere for mattresses again. This is an incredible local business. A shining example for other businesses. True quality products...

Purchased a king size bed frame and mattress set. It had the bed frame with 3 bottom shelves and nice 54" headboard all in wood. The mattress we chose had a box spring. Once delivered we were missing the box spring and so I called store. I was informed that the frame did not require it so it was not part of the sale (same price w/it) and they did not let me have it (I needed it for another). 8mths later the mattress sagged even though we rotated it every 3-4mths. Help denied by store and manufacturer. Wood frame had composite slats that broke so we replaced with solid oak slats from Home Depot. The footboard broke from the bracket hinge and the store did replace that. So there's something. But the did not provide the side rails that were required. My husband built his own. I learned my lesson. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! $1600 down...
