Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sioux City

Several times this DQ has incorrectly made my order. Yesterday my husband ordered 2 triple burgers, got home and we had doubles. Yet we were charged for the triples. Today my husband was met with the same person taking his order , he explained about yesterday, then after being told that the MANAGER is cooking today, he ordered a triple that had onion rings on it , and in the booth found no onion rings. Took it back to the counter to have it remade. The remake had the onion rings but only 2 patties again. He had to get back to work. Remember that the MANAGER was cooking. Asked for refund. Was told NO REFUND even though the manager made it wrong TWICE. And to not issue refunds is not a normal business practice and that needs to be clearly visible before ordering. We're both beyond frustrated. Will never go back but happy to retell this tale to anyone requesting to hear Crappy Customer...

Dairy queens food has gone so far downhill. Every few months I try to give it another shot either because there is nothing else open or close by and am overly disappointed again and again. Today my bill was over 20 for a burger, fries and a blizzard. The blizzard was ok. Half melted when I got it. The fries were only half cooked. Soggy and cold in the center as if they went in the fryer frozen as they should but were pulled out within 2 minutes, but the burger was overcooked to hockey puck status. We had a good experience at this Sioux City Dairy Queen. Our food order was correct, chicken, fries, and hot dog were all hot, and free refills on the pop machine were great. They had a nice selection of pops and three different iced teas to choose from. Staff was friendly enough.

Our one complaint is that the bathroom is in the adjacent gas station. The mens room was pretty digusting. This isn't necessarily a reflection DQ, but it is there disgated bathroom which is shared with the gas station.
