I bought a leather set from them about a year ago. About a few months into owning the set, some of the cushions started to bundle up. We called them to see if they would be willing to repair it considering it has only been a few months since we owned the set. They came to our home and determined that the reason that is happening is because of children jumping on the furniture and refused to repair it. I do not have any children at the house that jump on furniture. The selection of rugs is nice but if you have to order a rug DON'T do it!! They didn't have the size I needed and ordered on August 11th was told 4-5 weeks I called after 6 weeks and still on order! No phone call in between at all, called at 8-weeks and told him if not here the following week to cancel (thought I had been pretty patient with them) it came in the following week only to be the WRONG rug!! the wrong numbers were written down!! long story short received our rug Nov 7th-12 weeks after we ordered it!! yes they gave us a little bigger rug, but for the hassle we...

We decided to check out this store on a whim and so glad we did! We went to so many furniture stores trying to find the right sofa and love seat and we almost gave up. We even shopped around online with no luck. We came in this store and found just what we were looking for almost immediately. Great quality with a great price, and amazing customer service!!!!
